Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Arcasa Furniture & Decor ("Arcasa") collects through its website, forms, online orders, phone and WhatsApp, why we use it and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Forms (contact, quote and visit requests, projects, catalogue): your name, phone / WhatsApp, e-mail if you give it, area, governorate or address where the form asks for it, your message and answers, files you upload, your company name for projects, and the product you asked about.
- Online orders: your name, phone, e-mail, delivery and billing address, delivery details (floor, lift), the items ordered, the payment status and your acceptance of the terms of sale (the version you accepted and the time you ticked the acceptance box). The website does not receive or store card numbers.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, the position you apply for, place of residence, current and expected salary, availability and the CV you send.
- Payments: the payment method you choose and the payment records of your order. If you pay by bank transfer, the receipt you send us on WhatsApp is used only to check and record your payment.
- Browsing: the website platform (Odoo) records technical information such as the pages visited, an approximate country based on the IP address, the language and the browser, and uses the cookies needed for the site to work (session, language, cart).
- Phone and WhatsApp: the messages and information you share with us.
3. Why we use it
To reply to you and prepare quotations; to arrange visits, measurements, delivery and installation; to process orders and payments; to provide after-sales and warranty service; to review job applications; to keep the accounting and legal records we must keep; and to send offers and news only if you ticked the separate marketing box, which is never pre-ticked — you can stop them at any time.
4. Who can see it
Arcasa staff who handle your request (job applications: our HR team only); the providers that host or run our systems for us — Odoo (website, CRM, recruitment and orders), Zoho (an e-mail service we plan to use) and WhatsApp when you message us; delivery and installation teams when needed for your order; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
5. Analytics and advertising
The website currently uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add any, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where required.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted or anonymised 24 months after our last contact with you. Job applications — general or for a specific vacancy — are deleted 24 months after your last application or update; we keep them longer only with your separate consent for a defined period. A closed record may be archived before then with restricted access; archiving is a temporary stage that ends with deletion or anonymisation when the period expires. A record linked to an order, invoice, warranty or other open commitment is not deleted while that link remains. Marketing contact details are kept until you withdraw your consent; withdrawing consent stops marketing messages and does not by itself delete purchase, invoice or warranty records. Orders, invoices and warranty records are kept for the period the law requires and for the warranty period. You can ask us to delete your data (section 7); some data must be kept where the law requires it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your marketing consent, by contacting us at the details above. We reply within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity. Some data must be kept where the law requires it.
8. Security
Access is limited to authorised staff and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this notice. The version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page.
